Where it started
It's the most ordinary frustration in the world: you ring a clinic, especially a dentist, and it just rings out. We'd lost count of how many times we'd sat there listening to "sorry, we can't take your call right now." Then it clicked — every one of those beeps is a patient quietly giving up and calling the next clinic on Google. That's real money, walking out the door, every single day.
Why us
We're Josh & Dominik, cousins from New Zealand. We're not dentists; we're two people who love building with AI and couldn't let a problem this fixable keep going unsolved. So we built Nora — an AI receptionist made specifically for NZ dental practices. She picks up in seconds, books patients in, triages emergencies, and turns that dead-end beep into a booking.
